Quote: You can see in one of the videos there's an officer in red who stands over a gun shaped object. It's inbetween both his legs and he stands over it seemingly to prevent it being kicked or moved and to prevent anyone else walking near it.
The video that matters is the one where he gets out of his car, hands at his sides, never raises them, does not seem to have anything in his hands and is shot seconds later by ONE COP out of all those present and pointing guns at him. Apparently, although we won't know until the autopsy is complete, since the white cops in front of him did not shoot he must have been shot in the back.
I'm sorry to say that once the cops are swarming over the scene anything which suddenly pops up is suspect. As we saw in Chicago, a man weaving down the street with a knife in his hand is blown away by one cop out of about ten, none of whom fired a shot, but all of whom lied to Internal Affairs that the victim had lunged toward the officer who did fire when the video clearly shows that he was walking AWAY. I simply no longer believe anything the cops say and once they have had an opportunity to plant evidence their commentary is as worthless as dog shit on a hot sidewalk.
