You seem to be under a misapprehension. A person that is brain dead doesn't come back to report experiences. Brain death is the complete and irreversible loss of brain function.
A person is brain dead when a medical professional declares them to be. what the above definition does is leave a loophole to deny any unexplained instances that may occur.
So basically no matter how "dead" the brain may have been, any successful resuscitation just means the brain wasn't really dead...
See how flawed that is?
