Wrong, stupid. They have a constitutional right - you know the constitution is more than the fucking 2d amendment, right? - to publish whatever they like. There might be a civil suit against whoever leaked the documents to them, assuming you can figure out who it was, and can prove that he did so in court. The Times noted that the documents arrived anonymously in the mail so good luck with that.
