Why do the ritors ask for Justice?

On a forum, you can be anyone you like. I could be the king of England, I could be the president of the United States. Anyone can be honest and dishonest to suit their own agendas i.e. game of oneupmanship.  

So, for being honest. Most of what I have said is partially true about myself.

Good to know this. You may be sincere, or you may be full of shit, and you won't commit either way.

I generally give people the benefit of the doubt online -- it can't hurt me, they can't hurt me with their dishonesty. It's not very often I come across someone who cops to bullshitting an audience as openly as you're doing here.

Yeah, they could be honest, or they could be bullshit, you could be playing the crowd or trying to bait someone ... or perhaps you're racist. I get it, you'd rather be regarded as untrustworthy than be regarded as a bigot.

I'm still going to take your words at face value. If you wish to disown them, you can do so at your own leisure

At the end of the day, if a white man had been treated by the cops in the same way as the black person was treated, I can assure you (on my childrens lives), that I would use the same discourse. I am simply a law and order person who enjoys a nice quiet life in a major capital. 

Well, white men have been treated that way too -- but not as often, which is rather the point.

As for the beer jibe, I know that you have discussed briefly about your problems so, I apologise sincerely for my remark which was out of character and was not needed. I am sorry Thump. Have a great evening.

I'm open about my struggle with alcoholism, and part of that openness -- part of my recovery -- is the expectation that people will use it as a cheap shot. You gave in to the urge to be low. Not the first time, won't be the last that I've seen it, and your apology is unnecessary; your comment is simply one more data point by which I calibrate your character. I appreciate you offering an apology. That too is a data point. We'll see which one carries more weight.

I felt it was necessary though to be honest. When you asked me if I knew anyone who was from the United States. I was friends with one and she lived in England when we were part of a political movement (a long time ago.) She lived in England for many years and for what she is doing now, I have absolutely no idea since I left that political group years ago.
