What about a sort of secret santa for Christmas Greetings/messages? In that Tibs has every user's email address so we could all write a Christmas message/greeting and send it to him, and he could play santa and deliver them to randomly chosen email addresses. If that's how secret santa works... I'm not sure because it's not a thing we do much in the UK as far as I know. It would take a lot of admin probably but at least he'd get to see all the Christmas cheer being filtered through him 
That way for the sake of privacy no email addresses would be exchanged between members; it would just all go through him.
