That;s not what special pleading means, you realize? The "exceptions" to sols aren't a: exceptions, or b: very stringent. Mostly, because they don;lt do and weren't designed to do anything you've described them as doing. They don;t make rape "not-rape" or "forced sex" for example, they don;t confer legal immunity, you can be prosecuted long after they;ve expired, and the number assigned to their expiry is a simplification which you never took the time to investigate.
Which is strange, because it took you -more- time to write pages of shitposts than it would have taken to just fucking google it....and we -know- you've got the internet.
