How the fuck is there a statute of limitations for rape in New York?

For the third time EP, he's not talking about a fetish fantasy play.

That doesn't matter. It's still relevant to the topic at hand.

The actual topic is supposed to be about the SOL on rape in New York. It's not supposed to be about fantasies. It's not supposed to be about grossly misinterpreting the law. It's not supposed to be about whatever it is that drippy has dreamed up in his pea-sized brain. It's not supposed to be about trivializing one's experience with being raped and telling them that "well, if you didn't report it in the specified time frame, then it's not rape and you are lying to get attention." Yeah.. he's pretty much said that. And in all actuality, he didn't even bother to ask me what state it happened to me in. It sure as hell wasn't NY. It was Maryland. And in Maryland, there is no SOL, as indicated by my lengthy post earlier today. But you know... why bother reading facts and laws when one can just conjure up bullshit in their head and try to pass that off as a law.

So if you want to agree with him on those fronts, have at it. But if you know there is an overwhelming difference between the reality of being raped and role playing using rough sex, that is consensual between two people, then we can move on because that is NOT the topic here and it is NOT relevant to this discussion.
