It doesn't matter whether or not we speak. He has a compulsion., lol. Just like it doesn't matter how many times he's told that the law -does not- turn a blind eye, that it's just him turning a blind eye...because he has a compulsion. It would be shitty enough if he left it at a blind eye, but he can't. He has to pile insult atop of indignity......because he has a compulsion.
