Lol, she would nominate your favorite type: Business-friendly judges who think corporations are people. The fact that they don't wish to pry into a woman's womb or our bedrooms may bother you, but if Republicans wish to cut off their own noses to spite their faces, arguments such as the one you quoted are what they should -- and will -- face.
If you'd rather destroy functioning government than do your job as a Senator, perhaps you should find another job. For all their alleged fealty to a strict-constructionist reading of the Constitution, not one conservative can point to a clause in the Constitution which allows the Senate to refuse to carry out its duty to review judgeships. They are mandated to do this.
Functioning courts are vital, whether we like their decisions or not. Selecting judges on partisan grounds is a good recipe for assuring injustice.
