What dispensing of justice? There'd be no justice with the radical brand of partisan leftist judges that she would nominate. The Republicans would be doing this nation a great service to block every one of corrupt Hillary's SCOTUS nominees.

The fact that they don't wish to pry into a woman's womb or our bedrooms may bother you, but if Republicans wish to cut off their own noses to spite their faces, arguments such as the one you quoted are what they should -- and will -- face.

If you'd rather destroy functioning government than do your job as a Senator, perhaps you should find another job. For all their alleged fealty to a strict-constructionist reading of the Constitution, not one conservative can point to a clause in the Constitution which allows the Senate to refuse to carry out its duty to review judgeships. They are mandated to do this.

Functioning courts are vital, whether we like their decisions or not. Selecting judges on partisan grounds is a good recipe for assuring injustice.

What makes you think I support corporations and big business? You're the one voting for Hillary, not me. Corporations are run by people. Evil greedy people. I'm a proponent for strong unions in the work place. I've led union organizing efforts with the RWDSU and with the UFCW in two of the places where I used to work. The CEO of the company whom I currently work for is a strong ally to Obama's administration and has sought their help to undermine the unions within that corporation. That same corporation also donated to the Clinton Foundation and asked for help from Hillary's state department with import/export regulations that they were having issues with. I'm not for corporations who screw their employees out of livable wages and health care to fatten their CEOs compensation packages.
