The mere fact that your reply is what it is, tells me you didn't even bother to look at what was posted. Nor did you bother to see that in very plain English, on that website, the laws are spelled out very clearly, along with the SOL on each law (most don't even have SOLs). Do some states have an SOL on certain things? Sure, but even then, there are exceptions to that in nearly every state. Specific cases are even mentioned, which explain further. You would have known that had you actually bothered to READ anything on that website.
I guess now you're going to tell me that the DOJ is wrong and that you know more than they do. Lolz. Even though laws vary from state to state, they generally all agree that forced sex IS the same as rape or sexual assault.
