They toss in fucking stupid anti-abortion laws every chance they get, and do everything they can to undermine the goals of the President. And that's all they do. It's what happens when you vote people into government that hate the very idea of a federal government.
And it's not like Ted Cruz forced the government to shut down because Obama refused to rescind the ACA (as if he actually had that power) with his little filibuster. Yeah, that's not obstructionist at all, that's totally working with the other party to get things done.
