My answer, Yes; because then it satisfies my definition of God, namely, in concept God is first and foremost the creator and operator of the universe i.e. ours, and man and everything with a beginning.
My answer: No. It doesn't explain what that other being is, how it came about, where it's from, what it can and cannot do and how it created out universe.
Alien would be a better description.
Can it still interact with this universe? Why make the assumption that we need to worship it?
