It does not seem natural to me and I do agree with what scripture says because I believe God knows how He feels about gays. I'm not like a lot of christians who would deny gays their rights in our society, who am I to say how they should live, I do not know of a place in scripture that gives me the right to condem them or anyone else for that matter. I will say that I do not believe they have the right to marry, it goes against how God feels about that sort of thing. As you can read I'm not pro-gay, but I do not hate gays either, they are human beings created by God and in that I care about them as people, I don't know if any of this makes sence or not but I tried to explain.
You certainly have a right to think that homosexuality is "weird and unnatural". No one should fault you for that.
And I guess I can award you one point for not openly hating gays.
However, you've got several contradictory ideas in here.
#1 You say you do agree with scripture and that God knows how He feels about gays, but than you follow that up with: I do not know of a place in scripture that gives me the right to condemn them.
Hmmm, I know of one. Can someone throw G-C a chapter and verse please.
#2 If God knows how He feels about gays --- see above reference --- than explain why you wrote: ...they are human beings created by God. You see the contradiction don't you??
#3 You write: I'm not like a lot of christians who would deny gays their rights in our society, but than you follow that up with this: I will say that I do not believe they have the right to marry, it goes against how God feels about that sort of thing
I'm hoping you can plainly see why I broke down this highly contradictory post of yours.
I would have accepted your vote and not said a word if you had just elected number 2 as your vote in the poll. I kinda figured that's the way you were going to vote anyway.
