Please just STOP already.
There is plenty of evidence that atoms exist: photos of atoms using scanning tunneling microscopy, brownian motion, avogadro's number, quantum mechanical description of atoms predicts to an astonishingly accuracy, the details of atomic spectra, elevation maps of surfaces that show the bumps caused by individual atoms sand more.
And quite a few people have already posted the above evidence. But, since you are intellectually dishonest, you have ignored them, as expected.
See, there is no need to come up with some flawed 'logical argument' for the existence of atoms. We have actual demonstrable, falsifiable evidence that makes predictions.
Now, it is time for you to demonstrate even a fraction of that level of evidence for your god as there is for atoms.
Or better yet, just go away.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
