Trucks arriving at a huge building is not suspicious. Thatyou find such a banal matter "suspicious" says more about you than it does about the trucks.
As for what was found under GWB, link me to a news article about it? Please don't send another 2 hour video; I simply don't have that sort of time. The more reputable the news source, the better. And if it can draw a connection between the explosives and the day's events, even better.
