Necrophilia cannot be a 'no' due to the fact that consent only applies to a living entity. Also, sex only applies to a living entity, so necrophilia is akin to whacking a piece of steak or other inanimate object.
And in the case of the living, consent is indeed the crux of the matter.
I don't see why incest should be necessarily illegal -- what gives you the right to prevent two people who love each other from loving? Really? Ask yourself what fucking right do you have?
Incest is just sexual intercourse between related individuals -- if they breed, then we have a problem. But as long as they don't breed, there is no harm.
And last I checked, Law looks at harm as a critical factor.
