I see none dare challenge what I say on sexuality

Listen, I can take a joke as well as anyone. I found this particular comment disgustingly offensive, because of the negative stereotyping involved.

Can you take a joke as well as a Vulcan?

( a ) I was born in Mexico,

I was born in Paris. The french are still sissies.

( b ) In my extensive experience all over that Country, I never perceived bestiality to be ignored, let alone tolerated or encouraged.

And do you think niggas steal anything that isn't nailed down? No? Doesn't stop the racist humor being somewhat amusing.

( c ) The odds are that there are at least as many bestiality enthusiasts in the U.S. as there are in Mexico (remember, Mexico has about a third of the population of the U.S., and it is also a more socially conservative Country), and

The reason there are so many bestiality enthusiast in the U.S. is that they all came from the place Mexicans are great at leaving.

( d ) It shocked me, because I had assumed that participants in an Atheist forum would be among the least likely to harbor these kinds of xenophobic attitudes. How would you feel if somebody in this forum made a joke about "how greedy Jews are", or "how lazy are the Blacks" ? Are those also permissible "jokes"?

We aren't actually xenophobic. But I'd think a joke about the greedy jews is funny, and lazy blacks the same.

These are infact permissible jokes. You don't find them funny... that's fine. My grandmother doesn't find Dilbert funny. This is a matter of taste, nothing more.

Perhaps I shouldn't have lashed out quite that hard, but surely you can see my point.
