I am a pixieist, what do you think of my proof that universe creating pixies exist?

BRILLIANT!!  Based on that argument - and with your permission -  I would like to create TCOTUCP (The Church Of The Universe Creating Pixies).  We can spread the truth of our doctrine by having no doctrine.

We'll be turning converts away in droves.

I prefer the name: Church Of Pixies United Laterday American Temple East

Our Creed: 

1. Universe Creating Pixies created the universe because somebody had to.

2. Universe Creating Pixies uncreated themselves, and left no evidence behind.

3. The fact that there is no evidence for Universe Creating Pixies is evidence that there were Universe Creating Pixies. How else do you explain the lack of evidence for them?  Absence of Evidence in this case is evidence of existence.
