I'm really glad that everyone liked all desserts.
That Aletria has a variant that uses rice instead of noodles, called "arroz doce" (sweet rice). I once had something in Spain that looked similar, they called it "arroz con leche" (rice with milk), but my mouth said it was just not the same thing... not even close!
