Hackers didn't sink Hillary's campaign, her own terrible ethics did. She just didn't expect anyone to find out about it.

It may not make him more likable, but it definitely won't hurt him.  Bush Jr. proved himself to be the most bumbling and dangerous idiot in the office in decades, and the morons re-elected him without a moment's pause.
