I'd say we need to consider the immortal soul, too.
I'm of the opinion most biblical authorities and theologians would concur every human body gets one (1) immortal soul. If an individual manifesting MPD is nevertheless singularly ensouled, that soul will be weighed in the balance upon death of the corporeal body and if found wanting, it will be condemned to eternal hideous torment in the bowels of Hell's seething lake of infinite fire.
Now as to whether or not MPD would be a mitigating factor upon judgment day, I'd say not, and I don't think there would be much disagreement with that from the previously mentioned bible authorities.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
