No. But I felt like I had to say something to the person who would say "your kid didn't die" to women like my friend... who had to fetch her 1st trimmester baby out of the toilet where she spent 6 painful hours miscarrying him. "Oh yeah, that's nothing. That's not your kid that just died, that you just fetched out of the toilet so you can properly bury him."

And for that poor woman, that WAS her child.  I don't think anyone would be cruel enough to dispute that with her.

I wish I shared your optimistic outlook.
