You literally said "I am talking about the ability to to live outside of the womb".
I'm challenging your definition. Newborn babies cannot live outside the womb without adults.
However if that's not good enough, how about a child that requires medication to live. Is that a person? Or is it just dependency on mothers that invalidate a humans "personhood"?
