Why are Christians obsessed with Gay people?

It's not all Christians, no. But a good lot of them. Maybe there's just a lot of Christian assholes out there. I mean a lot of people I'll notice treat murderers better than gay people. They'll say nothing bad about murderers, and then turn around and talk about gay people like they're this horrible disgusting thing. And whenever I see it I feel like slapping them silly. One of these days I might just do it too.

I mean you have plenty of anti-gay preachers out there talking about how gays deserve to die, and how they're worse than ISIS. (James Manning for example) Apparently being gay is the worst thing you can do, because you never hear them say this about... murder, genocide, or anything else. It's always GAY and TRANSGENDER.

They turn around and call them 'perverted' 'diseased' etc... it's absolute hatred. You don't see this vitrol for other sins. Probably because the other sins are ones they've actually committed or thought about committing. Then again the most homophobic people tend to be closet gays...
