If someone feels used after sex, that is an indication of a problem either with the sex itself or with one of the parties involved. It's not a problem with sex in general.
If that's how you've always felt after sex Rispri, then I am very sad to hear that. I imagine this would be either due to religion making you feel that way through its dogma, or having been with abusive people.
I feel a great sense of calm and happiness after sex. And usually hungry also! Denying yourself regular sexual relief is unhealthy, I know that much.
