He spoke out against the Muslim ban, and defended the free press. He even said "“I think it’s very important for all of us to recognize one of our great strengths is for people to be able to worship the way they want to – or not worship at all,” Bush replied. “A bedrock of freedom is the right to worship freely.”
It's amazing, I'm cheering on people like Ex-Prex Bush jr. and Senator McCain. The world has become a strange place.
Agreed. If you think about the Republican party is only going to survive after Trump if some big name Republican can stand up now and argue against what's happening. Bush can do this because he's not worried about losing power.
It's like Bush is Darth Vader bringing balance back to the force.
