It's been nearly twenty years and they still try to get their little digs in.
A few years ago at a family get together they gave me a copy of the bible.
I, in turn, bought them each a copy of, "God is not great", by Hitchens.
My dad is the type of person that, even if he thinks you might disagree with you he will attack with his arguments at random. I don't have to try to fight with him he just does it. I don't have the balls to get him a book like that he might actually kill me.
I'm not the sort who lets people get away with things like that.
I'm quite confrontational about it.
The last big episode was when my brother came back from Afghanistan and said he was an atheist, no longer Catholic, because of what he saw religion doing to the society over there.
Apparently, that was my fault, too.
