Does anybody know of another book that can tell the true future?

Another example:
The whole world was flooded once.
Scientists have proved that.
The Bible tells you that in detail.

Even if this were true (which it's not), this wouldn't be an example of telling "the true future."

You don't seem to understand what prophecy is, much less what would make a valid prophetic fulfillment. Given that, you are in no position to speak on behalf of the bible's ability to foretell the future. If you don't know what makes prophecy, on what basis can you claim the bible has fulfillment of such?
