At least have respect to the minds of the readers, if you don't respect yourself.

This is how wars and years of grudges happen. Two parties spend centuries of building up hate; usually it's a string of poison stretched through family bloodlines; religious schools spurt the poison over youth, and the youth just pick it up; any resistance is crushed for "opposing the pope/ the Shekih/ the AyatoAllah". Eventually killing begins; and people get filled with revenge; hate for the other party, in the middle of all that blood reason just vanish.

Why do you keep telling Christians that they are believers, while your own holy book says that they are in desbelief?

The people of the book are almost non-existent. Catholic Crusades sent them to their graves long ago. Most Christians see Jesus as God, or the Son of God that completes God being a piece of him. Some pretty harsh verses in the Quran were directed against this kind of faith.

Why is guidance needed to be refreshed?
Humans ruin the books -like the Bible- with nonsense spitted by scholars. Muslims have the Hadith, Christians have the Bible, Jews have weirder things.
