I owned an insurance brokerage and thanks to that elder drivers now scare the shit out of me. By elder I mean above 70.
Older drivers don't cause that many crashes, but that's only because of the limited amount they drive. On a per mile driven basis, they are the most dangerous group out there.
This is sad because they need access to cars to maintain independence since they often have problems with mobility. I'm really looking forward to self driving cars by the time I hit that stage.
Drunk drivers are also pretty fucking scary and more recently it's distracted drivers.
Seems like drivers would rather be doing anything other than actually drive.

If god was real he wouldn't need middle men to explain his wants or do his bidding.
