For me, it was when I was 17 years old. I had taken an adult family members check-book, write them out to myself and cash them into my bank account. It was seriously the dumbest thing I ever did in my life, ever! I have never felt so miserable before. It was during the Summer, too. So it pretty much destroyed my entire summer. My parents took away my cell phone for 2 months and my computer was taken away for 2 months, too. I ended up getting a job later that summer and paid it off. The irony is that was when I got my first car, too. So it wasn't such a bad Summer. But still, I learned a lot from that mistake.
