A Theist is not responding to these criticisms of the foundation of his argument, because he can't and because he's got himself turgid with righteous indignation and can't see his own hypocrisy. It's pointless to even participate in this thread any longer.
They play is about how assassinating Caesar was a bad idea. This is not the first time a President has been satired in this way.
The argument is facile. He didn't get the fight he wanted about Kathy Griffin, so this is the thing he's dug in on. It's pretty sad, but then it's A Theist, so...
