If we're contrasting them against each other in a vacuum? Pantheism contends that the universe is a god, but does not necessarily contend that the universe (or anything in it) is conscious....whereas the other contends that consciousness is everywhere, in everything.
The two can be mixed and matched, like most beliefs, ofc.
