I can see the difference between the bloody decapitated head and an assasination of a specific person and a video of someone fighting with a logo of a news network.
It's like the difference of someone making a video of someone body slamming a logo of the news network you own vs someone holding a fake head that looks a lot like you or your family member all bloody and decapitated or someone making a play about killing you or a member of your family.
