Woke up this morning to no water pressure.

Was just talking to my Hispanic neighbor, he had left to work yesterday so I didn't get a chance to ask him about his water, came to talk to him just now and he was thinking the same thing when he woke up, "Holy shit, did a pipe in the house break, just what I need." He figured out later that it wasn't just him, but I explained the scope of the area affected, he seem to think it was just the neighborhood, when in reality it was just about 10-12 miles of the county.
