Thank you for that. I know you aren't literally picking a fight. It's a figure of speech though. What it means is figure out what, in your life, is worth defending/fighting/arguing/saving any verb will do, and don't stress over the minor stuff or over the things you cannot change.

PTM, I think it's fine to ask for what you want but you should remember the staff are volunteers. Asking a member of staff to do you the favor of helping you fix what the set up doesn't allow is fine. Expecting it is bad form because they're volunteers with lives of their own on line and off. I was ribbing you with the bad upbringing remark but in general I do think favors are not something one is entitled to. Not that anyone asked but that is my two cents worth.

Okay, I want to summarize what's happened up until now just to be sure we're all on the same page.

*I can't edit my OP after 120 mins
*I make a request
*Request denied
*Reason is because
1) rules doesn't allow it
2) if you do it for me you'll have to do it for - everybody -
*I make the case rules are supposed to make things easier for posters not harder and reddit works fine without this time limit
*I get told to then go post on reddit Losty(a admin)
*Steel says it's not even a big deal because he can count on one hand the amount of this problem people have had in the past
*I make the case if it's such a rare occurrence it wouldn't hurt to take requests from users
*CD replies "No, we will not"

I just want to leave this at the bottom of the thread so if someone else click on this to see what this thread is about they'll see this. Basically, I asked a favor from admins and they didn't do it for me because I'm not friends with them. What happened now is I've accepted I can't demand favors and decided to move along.
