Australia’s most powerful clergy, Archbishop of Melbourne Denis Hart, says he’s prepared to be jailed for failing to report child sex abuse by pedophile priests.

Hart insisted that sexual abuse was “a spiritual encounter with God through the priest” and was “of a higher order” than criminal law.

Make child sexual abuse by a priest a sacrament of the church and the problem is solved.  


Might not even have to pay off the parents to offer up a child for this, I could see some parents actually paying for the privilege of having one or more of their children to become sperm receptacles for horny priests.
