Generally I keep him on ignore because he is so foul, irrational, and pathetic. But because I believe in second chances, I decided to read his OP.  It is the last thing I'll ever read from him. He can preach to the converted all he wants but I will not be giving this sad sorry little child any more consideration. The OP is nothing but straw man arguments sewn together with the thread of self-righteousness.
