Any criminal or bad person is going to take advantage of people, act arrogant, often become arrogant and exaggerate their acheivements, etc.
Whether they are a sociopath or not is a matter of degree.
I think he's a shitty person. But I'm probably more sociopathic than he is, despite not being a bad person. I don't have TWO of those criteria.... namely, I don't take advantage of people, in fact I am quite vulnerable and others often take advantage of me, and I also certainly DO recognize the needs of others. But I have ALL the other criteria. Does that make me sociopath? I think not, it's a matter of degree. I have all the others in a mild degree and OTHER PEOPLE take advantage of me and I am attentive to the needs of others (for selfish reasons).
I think having one of those criteria to an extreme extent means more than having even all of them together.
You are not a sociopath. For starters, you do not lie about other people, something that Craig does constantly. In this respect, I should have highlighted "Having an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others" (which I will fix), because Craig, clearly, does not care about other human beings' feelings.
