It will not happen. China will not allow it, and the fact is that they can, will, and indeed have fought to keep their buffer state. Given that, we will not launch a war, Trump's bluster notwithstanding. He's a businessman and a deal-maker. Let's see him back that up with a deal. A shooting war will be a loss for everyone involved
Even though they want the buffer state I think regardless, even China's fed up with the Kim regime. Could be that China may even be looking to undermine Kim from within NOKO and replacing it with a puppet regime that they could keep on a much shorter leash. China has financial interests through trade with the U.S. and others to allow Kim to put it in jeopardy.
