I can't definitively answer your second question, but there's a good rule of thumb that all demons understand: Catholic schoolgirl outfit on a schoolgirl? Probably Catholic. Catholic schoolgirl outfit on a woman? Good chance she's a heathen. And so is her boyfriend.
