OMG! You have no idea how to read a Legislative Bill. The strike through indicates language that no longer applies. Strikes through the numerical order, with regard to the paragraphs, mean those former placements are invalid and the new language or the omitted text is to reflect the new paragraph order.
Your own link to the KEYTLaw's Law Blog tells the reader at the top of the page how to read the new CWP law. CAPITAL LETTERS ARE THE NEW LANGUAGE IN THE NEW CWP LAW. Deleted text is red with a line through the text. Just like in the link to the Bill page itself. (SB 1108)
Anyone else but you, especially those with a "FIND" option on their tool bar can simply go through those links and "find" Permit. or permitee or even training. As it applies in the new law or, when it's language that is either not IN CAPITALS or stricken in red, it is the old language that remains in force.
This is the last time I'm going to indulge what is your emotional issue regarding fear of guns, and hate and contempt for gun owners and gun rights legislation.
I mean this sincerely, your hate for guns gun rights and gun owners, is so chronic that one may arrive at the conclusion it makes you almost illiterate.
You need to seek counseling and deal with that what makes you unable to actually read the truth about this matter. Instead of arguing and resorting to petty barbs, that have no affect on me. Rather, they reflect your emotional intensity to remain stalwart in your delusion. Even when the truth, the actual facts, are in print in the links you post. Not to mention my own. But yours!
You do have my deepest sympathy.
I hope you seek help, for the sake of those in real life that care about you and have to live with you in this present state when the subject of guns and gun rights cause you to demonstrate a chronic emotional dysfunction here on-line.
