He most likely is there, it's probably a safe guess. But even with him, the Church still can't say he's there... same for Stalin, Zedong, Mussolini, etc.
Why would Hitler be in hell? He allegedly believed he was doing "God's" work. Even if he didnt truly believe that, I'm pretty sure there are no records of him committing any atrocity. He did kill his dog and ultimately himself, but outside his WW1 days I don't know as he actually killed anyone with his own hands.
