Recipe Book

RE: Recipe Book
Here's a recipe for meringue cookies my therapist gave me a couple passovers ago:

1 jumbo egg white [whipped until peaks are stiff]
1 cup granulated brown sugar [Stir in slowly]
1 cup pecan halves (I personally use 1/2 cup almond slices and 1/2 cup chocolate chips) [Add gently]

place portions (roughly teaspoonfuls, the recipe isn't clear) on buttered parchment paper and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes (Underbake is better than overbake).

I also have an omlette recipe I like to make which is a bit more intricate:

* Two Eggs
* One slice Turkey Bacon (with optional Parmesean-breadcrumb dust)
* Six Cheese Blend
* One deli slice of Gourmet Breast of Chicken
* Salt Shaker
* Pepper Grinder

What to do:
1) Break eggs, preferrably like the chef in Sabrina did. "One, two, three, CRACK! New egg." Whip it until you start to hear Devo telling you to do it.
2) Take slice of bacon and optional deli-sliced chicken and slice as small as reasonably possible. Feel free to dust it in a mix of powdered parmesean and bread crumbs (50-50 by mass), but only if you haven't already sliced it because getting all the pieces can be really tricky. Maybe also add a pinch of the parmesean-bread crumb dust for texture.
3) Add a pinch of Italian Six Cheese Blend into the mix.
4) Stir the meat and cheese into the eggs.
5) Add a dash of salt and about three grinds' worth of pepper, and stir it again.
6) Spray frying pan, pour mixture into it, and wait until it seems like you could flip it like a pancake.
7) Flip it again when it seems like the other side is sufficiently cooked.
8) Serve it more thoroughly cooked side up, and enjoy.
