Some of the 3 percenters only own a few.

Frankly I'm a lot less concerned with the collectors that accumulate a few million dollars worth of machine guns and keep them locked securely in vault than I am the asshole with a Saturday night special and a history of domestic abuse.

Imagine this collector guy flips... or someone in his family...
Imagine the damage one person with access to all those weapons could inflict.

Imagine he just gets drunk and mad at someone for no reason.
