No, they're delicious. It's what I put in soups so that people don't know they're eating tofu...because I'm a sadist like that. Comes out like a crunchy potato cube with a light and almost spongy... but not quite chewy.... interior.
French fries on the outside, fluffiest omelette ever on the inside. Little shouroutang...some carrots, shrooms, bok choy. Nice big bowl of steamed rice. Nom Nom Nom. You could drop a human finger in the bowl and I'd probably eat it on principle.
