The way to stop people coming from Mexico to the US is to raise the standard of living in Mexico. Giving them more aid money or transferring jobs there for example.
In the UK our immigration has gone down significantly in the last year by the simple process of tanking our economy and making it no longer a nice place to live.
Maybe the US could try that. They seem on be on the right track with new tax plan for the wealthy.
