Well, that's a dumb move. It's kind of creepy, seeing evangelicals being pro Israel. Because it's not about the jews to them. Israel is supposed to be a full country before the end times happen. Meaning they want this not because they support jews, but because they want the apocalypse to get kickstarted as early as possible.
I mean, it wasn't that long ago that some catholic guy from Germany decided to ethnically cleanse the jewish people from Europe, along with other groups, and the pope decided this wasn't worth excommunicating him for.
It isn't anything to our government and military, except resources and geopolitical power. Forget fighting for freedom and democracy. Forget peace in the middle east. This is just fubar.
