Why would you enforce morals in a place already designed and created as a test ground?
According to what I found in the Quran; Islam's holy book, the concept can't be clearer:
Quote:Sura 67, The Quran:
( 2 ) [He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -
Wouldn't intervention be a breaking to the whole test concept?
